06/15/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation On site property inspection. There is storage in the front yard and in the carport, which is the violation of Tucson city code. There is also a newly constructed ornamental metal fence with a sliding driveway gate observed on the property. No permits or approved development (site) plans authorizing the construction were located during a records review of department records. The propery owner shall obtain the required permits and approvals or remove the unpermitted accessory structure (fence). Notice of violation in the mail.
07/24/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation On site follow up inspection. There are still violations for outdoor storage in the front yard, outdoor storage in the side yard, and an unpermitted fence structure in the front yard. Since the unpermitted fence structure still has time remaining until the final inspection, a second and final notice of violation will be sent in the mail. A final inspection is scheduled for the week of August 31 - September 4, 2026.
