Large vacant lot with dilapidated fence laying in the public right of way area. 8 tents sent up on vacant land. Neighboring properties are complaining about the homeless encampment on site. Sending owner a notice of violation. 12:50 pm called owner regarding complaint. Discussed all violations and no trespassing form, homeless protocol, the need for police when he goes to the property. Gave him the deadline of 7/13/23. |
