Neighboring properties are complaining about the homeless encampment on site. Sending owner a notice of violation. 12:50 pm called owner regarding complaint. Discussed all violations and no trespassing form, homeless protocol, the need for police when he goes to the property. Gave him the deadline of 7/13/23.
08/14/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation Followed up. Fence repaired, most of all the refuse removed. A large storage container that is missing the walls and well as a recliner and a few items still on the property. Contacted owner. Structure needs to be removed and well as the last remaining items. Will fu in 2 wks.
