09/12/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation Did the warrant and had is signed by the judge. Did talk to the owner of the property and went over that a warrant has been served and will be on the property to cut 2-trees in the rear yard. The owner will be at work and works for Tohono O'odham Nation Fire Department. I did give the cost on the Bid and he will be checking on paying it back with payments. I did advised that I will be on the property tomorrow around 7:00 AM. RV.
09/13/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed The contractor was on site and the warrant was served to the son who took the warrant and placed it inside. The contractor cut the trees from the outside of the masonry wall and hauled all the cuttings from the site. The area was cleaned up and removed some of the cuttings that were on the site before starting. Will be returning the warrant tomorrow and will be closing the case. RV. 9-15-2023 Returned the warrant and was signed off and the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
