06/06/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation No one home and found 2-tall trees in the rear yard that are dead. They are approx. 60' plus and has a masonry wall in the rear of the property and the street. Will do N.O.V. RV.
09/13/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed The contractor was on site and the warrant was served to the son who took the warrant and placed it inside. The contractor cut the trees from the outside of the masonry wall and hauled all the cuttings from the site. The area was cleaned up and removed some of the cuttings that were on the site before starting. Will be returning the warrant tomorrow and will be closing the case. RV. 9-15-2023 Returned the warrant and was signed off and the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
