On site at property with TFD and later COT Contractor. Building is vacate and neglected structure next door to Cruz Tires & Car Sales, not the same owner. Could not get in contact with the owner, of the property in violation and left VM to the Cruz Tires (Owner next door to be aware of emergency) about the fire and securement. There was fire in the rear of the property corner. Structure was unsecured, COT Contractor secured opening and CE chained locked back gate. Property is a nuisance property, multiple times boarding up the same opening to the vacant structure. There is graffiti as well. Posted keep vacant sticker on the board up. Property should be considered going into VANS. |
