Property owner has cleaned the grounds significantly since the notice was sent. I never found any evidence of anyone living on the property after hours. Also could not verify the fence issue that was listed in the complaint. Privacy screening was added per my request from the owner. Whether or not they are passing out expired food is a concern of Pima county health department not for code enforcement as we do not regulate food related issues. Also, if dangerous chemicals are present on the property, this would be a concern for the Fire Department to determine if they are present and dangerous. |
