07/10/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Completed Observed an excessive amount of outdoor storage at this property, some of the items outside are miscellaneous and some items are considered trash or debris. This is the second different owner of this property. I informed the new owner of the business to put the privacy screening back up that I had the previous owners do to cover there outdoor storage items from public view. I also observed a roll off dumpster in the rear that an individual was filling with trash and debris.
08/05/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed Property owner has cleaned the grounds significantly since the notice was sent. I never found any evidence of anyone living on the property after hours. Also could not verify the fence issue that was listed in the complaint. Privacy screening was added per my request from the owner. Whether or not they are passing out expired food is a concern of Pima county health department not for code enforcement as we do not regulate food related issues. Also, if dangerous chemicals are present on the property, this would be a concern for the Fire Department to determine if they are present and dangerous.
