On site initial property inspection. It was observed that the apartment, 104, had suspected evidence of a roach infestation due to dead bugs that were seen around the apartment. It was also observed in the bathroom that there was what, could be, water damage from the ceiling along the wall behind the toilet. Met with tenant and maintenance personnel to discuss the problems. No violation will be sent in the mail. |
