End Date Description Inspector Results Comments
06/02/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation On site initial property inspection. It was observed that the apartment, 104, had suspected evidence of a roach infestation due to dead bugs that were seen around the apartment. It was also observed in the bathroom that there was what, could be, water damage from the ceiling along the wall behind the toilet. Met with tenant and maintenance personnel to discuss the problems. No violation will be sent in the mail.
07/09/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Completed On site follow up inspection. A follow up inspection was conducted, and no violation of the Tucson City code was observed at the time of the inspection. The complainant no longer resides at the property and advised she was unable to provide documentation or access to verify the previously reported conditions. Based on the available information and the absence of a verifiable current code violation, the case is closed.
