Spoke to tenant, owner and tenant case manager regarding complaint. All parties agreed issues have been resolved. HCD inspector was on site and insured all issues have been resolved. Owner sent contractor to clean any debris left from sewer back-up. Please review attached email from HCD for inspection summary. |
