On site for emergency call from TFD to a commercial structure fire which has been previously condemned. Call came in from TFD investigator regarding fire for debrief. Fire did not affect structure. Trespassers were burning wires in a storage closet. However, property was no longer secured. Was unable to make contact with owner at this time. Property resecured by city contractors. NOV posted along with "Do Not Enter" signs on the west facing gate on the southside of property. Property has an excessive accumulation of trash and debris throughout the property. All utilities remain disconnected. |
