On call Inspector issued a notice of violation on 5/2/26 for electrical panel. Owner was given 60 days to apply for the permit for damaged electrical and to remove refuse off the property lot. 7/2/26 Followed up on this notice that was also mailed out to the owner by the On-call Inspector. Property is still in violation for refuse on the lot and no permit has been applied for at this time. #0012693 This property has been a serious problem for the Tucson Police, local businesses and the people who live in the area. Owner has failed to remove refuse and to maintain the vacant lot. Code Enforcement will be issuing the current owner a notice to demolish the property structure. |

Followed up on property. This is a commercial car wash that has been abandoned for about a year now. The homeless have been in and around the carwash area. The electrical has been completely removed and the homeless have started a fire in the refuse containment area. Building has graffiti, refuse, weeds and people sitting around on the lot. |
