On site property inspection. It was observed that there is violations of overgrown vegetation in the back yard of trees and/or plants in the abutting alley in the rear of the property. The vegetation is obstructing the right-of-way or alley. It was also observed that the property has a male fowl or rooster in the backyard due to the evidence (i.e. loud rooster noises and the smell of animal waste.). Notice of violation sent in the mail. |
