05/07/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation On site property inspection. It was observed that there is violations of overgrown vegetation in the back yard of trees and/or plants in the abutting alley in the rear of the property. The vegetation is obstructing the right-of-way or alley. It was also observed that the property has a male fowl or rooster in the backyard due to the evidence (i.e. loud rooster noises and the smell of animal waste.). Notice of violation sent in the mail.
06/08/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed On site inspection. The violations for vegetation in the backyard with the abutting alley to the rear of the property have been abated. There’s no longer any proof of a rooster being on the property or in the backyard. There were no smells of animal waste or any loud rooster noises. Case closed – resolved.
