10/04/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation Started to have the property cleaned. The warrant was posted on the front door due to vacant and secured. The locks on the gates were cut to enter the property. While cleaning the site the daughter of the deceased owner showed and wanted the cleaning to stop. Did go over the at the Warrant was issued and was going to continue to have the property cleaned. Did show the daughter that I did try and find the owner and where the listed address shows for the owner was told he does not live on that site. Did show her the return N.O.V. sent to the address and and she looked at it. She took the letter to show her husband. The front yard was cleaned and left the site and will come back tomorrow to finish the cleaning. The property is of tall grass and weeds. RV.

10/05/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed The property was cleaned in the rear yard. Did throw some trash and debris of Styrofoam, wheelbarrow, cut the bushes to the ground level. The daughter was on site when almost done and she checked what was done. She is questioning if the price can be lowered and did tell her that I did check with finance and the contractor and they stated that the contract has been signed and will not lower the price. The supervisor Laurie Pumphery was on vacation and will check when she gets back. Will have the warrant returned. RV.
10/17/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed The warrant has been returned, the house is vacant and secured and will be closing the case at this time. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
