05/31/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation The house is vacant and secured. The property has tall grass and weeds through out the property including the alley and has not been cut for some time. Will do N.O.V. RV.
10/05/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed The property was cleaned in the rear yard. Did throw some trash and debris of Styrofoam, wheelbarrow, cut the bushes to the ground level. The daughter was on site when almost done and she checked what was done. She is questioning if the price can be lowered and did tell her that I did check with finance and the contractor and they stated that the contract has been signed and will not lower the price. The supervisor Laurie Pumphery was on vacation and will check when she gets back. Will have the warrant returned. RV.
