05/17/2023	COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up		In Violation	Met with the owner of the property at her location and she was served the N.O.V. to Vacate due to the person on site will not allow the work to be done. The owner has sent workers to the site and they have been told to leave and left the site. Did call T.P.D. and they did not respond. The mother did leave the site and went to the daughters house and APS was on site and met with the mother. The mother will be staying with the daughter at this time. Did talk to the brother staying in the house and he was advised that he needed to leave and he stated that he will not be leaving. Waited till 3:15 PM and left the site and called T.P.D. to set up on meeting tomorrow. Will meet at 8:00 AM with T.P.D. RV.
05/18/2023	COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up		In Violation	Met with T.P.D. on site and the brother was removed from the property. The brother stated he felt ill and was transported to the hospital. Was able to secure the house and the electrical was turned off and left the refrigerator circuit on. Did do the posting of Do Not Enter on the front window and the west side door. Did leave a copy of the N.O.V. to Vacate on the front window due to the brother did not want to take the copy. The gates were all locked with the owners locks and the door locks will be changed later. The owner has the N.O.V. and will do all issues and more due to found other issues on the property. RV.
05/25/2023	COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up		In Violation	Met with the family working on the house and went over items that need to be addressed. Will check in 30 days. RV.
06/30/2023	COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up		Passed	The property has been cleaned, the vehicles removed from the property, the window replaced, the faucets replaced, the flooring has been repaired and replaced with new and the door has been adjusted. The lock was removed from the electrical panel and the placard can be removed for the owner to move back in. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
