Did meet with the brother and looked at the plumbing and all the faucets need to be replaced, lacking smoke detectors, the flooring has broken or missing ceramic tiles, holes in the carpet, broken window in the front of the mobile home, the yard has storage, tall grass and weeds, trash and debris and J.M.V.'s - (3). Have talk to the owner of the property and not being allowed to have the work done by the brother and is aware of the work needing to be done and not being allowed to send workers. The water was being turned off for the mobile home next door due to the same owner and the water was turned back on while on site and the brother was advised that the water will need to stay on unless turned off by the water department.
