TPD reported the house was full of refuse with very narrow pathways throughout the house. Mice and roaches. Owner showed up before I arrived and changed out the locks on the house. Stated no one is living in the house. Back fence was bent where trespassers have entered the property. Back yard has storage outside on the ground. Property has tall grass and weeds on the lot and some refuse plus some storage. Issued a notice to remove tall grass and weeds, refuse and to relocate storage. Included 16-14 for vacant unmaintained property. 30 day follow-up. |
