| 04/24/2026 | COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial | In Violation | TPD reported the house was full of refuse with very narrow pathways throughout the house. Mice and roaches. Owner showed up before I arrived and changed out the locks on the house. Stated no one is living in the house. Back fence was bent where trespassers have entered the property. Back yard has storage outside on the ground. Property has tall grass and weeds on the lot and some refuse plus some storage. Issued a notice to remove tall grass and weeds, refuse and to relocate storage. Included 16-14 for vacant unmaintained property. 30 day follow-up. | |
| 06/15/2026 | COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up | In Violation | Observed several inoperable vehicles at this property. One silver colored Mercedes Benz 4 door that was filled with outdoor storage. Also observed an inoperable vehicle that was also filled with outdoor storage. The main structure was not secure upon my arrival. The back door was open and it appeared like the home was as Inspector Bigman described in her initial inspection. There was a large amount of trash and debris throughout the inside. The owner was called by the neighbor to inform her that I was going to wait for her arrival. The owner came and I showed her the areas that need to be cleaned. I also showed her where the house was not secured from unwanted entry. She agreed to secure the back of the home and to remain vigilant to keep the homeless from the property. |
