Feces on sidewalk in front of building, graffiti on all exterior walls, damaged plumbing next to building and broken and damaged window. According to google street view this property has been boarded since Jan 2021 exceeding 180 days that is allowed. Property was secured by City contractor, and the vacant building was posted DO NOT ENTER on all access points. TEP terminated power from their source. Gates secured prior to leaving with chains and locks. |
