04/24/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Completed Onsite at property with TPD, Building is boarded and unsecured, Building had live electricity going to an exterior electrical box on the east side of the building and exposed wires on 2 light poles on the property (no active electrical current but could have been on a timer), Excessive overgrown weeds, over 6 inches in height, and vegetation throughout property as well as accumulation of refuse and debris throughout property. Feces on sidewalk in front of building, graffiti on all exterior walls, damaged plumbing next to building and broken and damaged window. According to google street view this property has been boarded since Jan 2021 exceeding 180 days that is allowed. Property was secured by City contractor, and the vacant building was posted DO NOT ENTER on all access points. TEP terminated power from their source. Gates secured prior to leaving with chains and locks.
