On site inspection. Talked with property manager and the management is aware of the HVAC not working correctly. They plan to have it fixed within 3 days from the initial inspection today and have a qualified licensed HVAC contractor that is rebuilding the system and will make sure it works operationally as soon as possible. Notice of violation sent in the mail. |
