04/28/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Completed On site inspection. Talked with property manager and the management is aware of the HVAC not working correctly. They plan to have it fixed within 3 days from the initial inspection today and have a qualified licensed HVAC contractor that is rebuilding the system and will make sure it works operationally as soon as possible. Notice of violation sent in the mail.
05/14/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed On-site follow up property inspection. All violations have been abated associated with this code case. I spoke with property management and the tenant, and they gave me proof that the air-conditioning is working properly and that the tenant is back in their apartment. Case closed – resolved.
