There is not visible outdoor storage. However,the animal shed andsecondary storage shed are present and do not have permits or follow setback guidlines. There is also a appliance that was dumped in the rear alley. I spoke to the owner and his son about the timeline for abatment and told them that if they sell the home (which they plan to) w/o removing or permitting the two sheds and repairing the rear fence, I would still issue a citation to them. |
