05/28/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation On site and at this time there is unpermitted structures / additions accessory structures and additions have been constructed using pallets, plywood, miscellaneous wood materials, fencing components, and other building materials without permits, inspections, or approvals. Substandard and Unsafe Construction Structures appear incomplete and constructed in a manner that may not meet minimum building, structural, or safety standards. Improper Outdoor Storage / Accumulation of Materials Excessive storage and accumulation of wood pallets, scrap lumber, fencing materials, and miscellaneous items are present on the property, creating potential fire, safety, and nuisance conditions. Deteriorated Fencing and Screening Fencing and screening materials are damaged, leaning, improperly maintained, and constructed of miscellaneous materials not intended for permanent use. There also several farm animals on the property to include goats, chickens and roosters. These animals are being kept on the property in enclosures that appear to be constructed without permits and may not comply with applicable zoning, sanitation, or property maintenance requirements. Unsanitary Conditions Excessive animal waste, manure, and other refuse associated with the keeping of livestock and poultry were observed, creating odors and conditions conducive to insects, rodents, and other vermin. PACC was onsite and stated animals were fine and in no present danger.
