the ceiling of the bedroom has a large hole that the tenantsindicated was because there was a large leak that maintenance had not yet fixed. There were large [atches of the walls and corners that were stripped of plaster. Indications of a cockroach infestation were present. The carpet was peeling off at the edges and the wood floor was missing sections in the bathroom (allegedly caused by the repeated floods) The dishwasher was not functional. The outlets covering in the kichen was not flush and was cracked. |
