There were large [atches of the walls and corners that were stripped of plaster. Indications of a cockroach infestation were present. The carpet was peeling off at the edges and the wood floor was missing sections in the bathroom (allegedly caused by the repeated floods) The dishwasher was not functional. The outlets covering in the kichen was not flush and was cracked.
