We could hear the tenant inside the rental unit. Asked if she was inside she opened the front door almost immediately. VERY ODD. Asked if she still had roaches. Tenant stated she did still have roaches. Noticed food in the sink and on the counters and on the floor. Checked the drawers, under the sink, in the shelves. Did not see any roaches. Did explain to the tenant if she keeps the food out and on the floor she will continue to have a roach problem. Did not see any roaches live or dead. Close case. Mgmt stated they will treat her unit. |
