At 718 PM, electrician from Eternity Electric LLC provided a determination that it is safe to restore power to the unit after checking the electrical system. Clearance was called to TEP and TEP restored power to the unit. Condemnation is lifted. Owner will still need to have water heater repaired or replaced WITH A PERMIT by a licensed contractor as this is a rental unit before the code enforcement case will be closed. -VM |
