On site inspection. Observed violations of animal waste, outdoor storage of various appliances in the front yard, a front gate in violation of not meeting opaque standards for walls within the Tucson City Code. These were all seen from the public right of way. Property owner already has code cases in court with another code enforcement inspector and that code enforcement inspector will enforce the new animal waste violation in court with property owner. Please refer to CE-VIO0223-01783, for further information. This case will be closed as resolved. |
