Met w/TPD on site. #235 toilet flange not connected, plumbing, electrical, possible leak in roof, no smoke detectors. Property Manager Harry Patel refused to meet w/me at time of initial visit. While walking back to TPD noticed numerous structural, electrical, open rooms, refuse, homeless in the walk ways. Documented property. Police report they are here almost daily for various incidents on site. |
