VISITED SITE, INSPECTION FOUND SHORT ALLEY OF ABOUT 6 HOUSES ON BOTH SIDES OF THE ALLEY HAD BEEN FENCED AND LOCKED AT BOTH ENDS. THE CHAIN LINK GATES HAD BEEN CUT BOTH ENDS ALLOWING TRESPASSERS OR HOMELESS TO ENTER. THE ENTIRE ALLEY DID HAVE TALL GRASS AND WEEDS, TRASH AND DEBRIS. RESEARCH FOUND THE ALLEY WAS OWNED BY THE CITY. CASE WAS REFERRED TO BOTH E/S AND TRANSPORTATION. |
