03/14/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation Went to the site and found 3-people on the property and the wood frame shed was opened at the door and had a hole in the rear of the shed. The rear door was opened on the house and pulled the wood off the opening to the underground of the house on the east side of the house. Did call Arcaiden Industries to the site to have the property secured. Did meet with the daughter of the owner and served the N.O.V. to have the property cleaned and moving the J.M.V.'s off the property. Will check in 30 days. RV.
03/29/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation The house is vacant and secured. The white car has been removed and the red truck is still on the property. The trash and debris is being piled in the the front of the house and on the side of the house. RV.
04/11/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation The house is vacant and secured. The property was cleaned of the trash and debris and someone has dumped trash and debris on the driveway in 2-areas. The vehicles have been removed from the rear yard. Some trimming of the trees has been done and still need to cut the dead trees. Met with the daughter of the owner and will be completing the cleaning in a couple of weeks. Did go over on placing gates on the driveway to prevent entry into the property so this does not happened again. Next follow up date on 4-21-23. RV.
05/10/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed The property has been cleaned and the gates have been installed at the front of the property and the vehicles have been removed. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
