03/08/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Went to the site with inspector Tidwell. The house is vacant and unsecured. The rear door is opened, the window in the rear is opened, the side door on the east side is opened and has a refrigerator blocking the door opening. . Has a tent in the rear yard with 2-people in the tent. Has a wood frame shed in the rear yard detached from the main house with 2-people staying in the shed. The house had at least 5 to 6 people in the house in different rooms. Some people were still showing up while waiting for T.P.D. to have the house cleared. The house has been vacant for some time and has been boarded up with OSB plywood on the windows. Did call supervisor Laurie Pumphery to get permission to have the property secured and was given permission to secure. Called Arcaiden Industries to the site to have the property secured. Did do the posting of Do Not Enter on the front, side and rear yard including the wood frame shed. T.P.D. did clear the house and all were checked by name and released due to the house had not been condemned by the City of Tucson. The electrical was removed at the riser at this time due to the pole is not able to get to with the truck.
05/10/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed The property has been cleaned and the gates have been installed at the front of the property and the vehicles have been removed. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
