1021 am - Single family home under construction. Sidewalk removed in front of property. Water service line installed and trenched under sidewalk. 2 inch Sch 40 PVC line installed and sewer lines installed in the footprint of the future home. Concrete forms for footer installed. All activity completed without a permit. Permit TC-RES-0825-04071 was sent back for corrections in September 2025 and contractor never bothered to resubmit documents. Posted stop work order and NOV on site. Citation may be issued to contractor. -VM |
