On 02/25/2026 spoke with husband of account holder and discussed payment terms. On 04/21/2026, customer has paid off entire delinquent balance. In accordance with procedures on delinquent accounts, the $50 service deposit must be paid before service can be restored. In addition, it has come to light that this customer owes City of Tucson utilities a collections bill for service at a a different address which must be paid prior to restoring trash service. -VM |
