04/23/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation On 02/25/2026 spoke with husband of account holder and discussed payment terms. On 04/21/2026, customer has paid off entire delinquent balance. In accordance with procedures on delinquent accounts, the $50 service deposit must be paid before service can be restored. In addition, it has come to light that this customer owes City of Tucson utilities a collections bill for service at a a different address which must be paid prior to restoring trash service. -VM
05/26/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation Followup only - no site visit. Customer has still failed to pay their previous service collections bill and as such is still unable to establish an account for trash collection services as required by code. Placed a followup call to customer and owner, will followup in approximately 2 weeks. -VM
