On site at property with TFD, and owner. There was a fire in the rear next to the loading deck/dumpster area, which then affected the exterior building. Since the fire was on the exterior of the building, there appears to be minimal structural damages and interior damages. TFD reported there was no electrical or gas damages to the building. The smoke debris from the fire did appear in the interior. Did not enter the building. Owner signed documents and agreed and signed to ventilate the interior before operating business. Business is called, "Amazing Dealz Bin Store" and they sell various items from amazon. Building is a commercial building, therefore, permits required. |
