CE made it very clear, she is allowed access to the interior of the house, however, she cannot stay over night or stay there and that she needs to secure the building when leaving the property. To remove and clean up all the trash and debris in the interior and exterior on the property. Permits are required for plumbing and electrical. Owner stated she will have licensed contactors to fix electrical/ plumbing today and obtain permits. CE will follow up to ensure the property is clean and proper permits are obtained. On site at property, posted "DO NOT ENTER UNSAFE TO OCCUPY" orange sticker on front window board. Owner signed form to secure property herself. Property has a history of nuisance cases, will follow in 60 days to see if it can turnaround. |

There is now an accumulation of trash in front of the property, however, the owner is trying to restore the property and has stated they have contacted B&B special pickup and has hired contactors to fix plumbing and electrical. CE has to allowed an opportunity to abate violations, will follow up in 30 days. The owner has stated many times, she working on clean up the house and trying to restore it. Please contact 311 for non-emergencies or 911 for emergencies. The property is condemned, if anyone is staying over night please contact TPD. |
