02/01/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation On site at property, TFD, TP, SWG on scene. Property has exposed wires throughout as well as electrical outlet covers missing, there is damaged and missing plumbing in kitchen area and bathroom. There is refuse and debris throughout property interior and exterior, doors and windows are damaged and are missing. there is drywall damaged throughout and HVAC ductwork damaged throughout. there is also infestation of roaches and other insects. Gas and electric utilities have been disconnected at meters reconnect require cc required all repairs to electrical structural and plumbing within 60 days emergency abatement and condemnation sticker posted in front of property.
03/27/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation On site at property. There is now an accumulation of trash in front of the property, however, the owner is trying to restore the property and has stated they have contacted B&B special pickup and has hired contactors to fix plumbing and electrical. CE has to allowed an opportunity to abate violations, will follow up in 30 days. The owner has stated many times, she working on clean up the house and trying to restore it. Please contact 311 for non-emergencies or 911 for emergencies. The property is condemned, if anyone is staying over night please contact TPD.
