Old decking material was removed and replaced with new materials, like for like. Work was started and completed before permit was applied for or issued. I met the contractor on-site and informed them that a permit was required. The contractor applied for the permit the same say under permit #TC-RES-0325-01338. I will close the case once PDSD issues the permit. |
