| 03/12/2025 | COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial | Completed | Observed a balcony attached to unit D that is currently in a dilapidated condition. The balcony had three softball sized holes through it. The balcony is in need of replacement or repair. I spoke with a representative of the property management company who stated that they manage 13 condo units and have an agreement with an HOA to repair the exterior of the condo units and the management company is responsible for repairing anything inside the unit. The HOA and the management company have acknowledged having responsibility for the repairs and agreed with my recommendation to have the balcony repaired within 48 hours. I will be sending the owners, management company, and the HOA citations for the repairs. | |
| 03/19/2025 | COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up | Passed | Old decking material was removed and replaced with new materials, like for like. Work was started and completed before permit was applied for or issued. I met the contractor on-site and informed them that a permit was required. The contractor applied for the permit the same say under permit #TC-RES-0325-01338. I will close the case once PDSD issues the permit. |
