Cabinetry in kitchen removed off wall as a result of fire. Walls and ceiling have some smoke damage in kitchen, pantry area. Living room has holes in the wall. House shut down and posted. Issued notice to vacate, permits required and indemnification form. Fu in 60 days 7:43 pm received a call from TPD requesting to have property secured. Owner changed their mind about securing property. Contacted Biff Baker to have carport area fenced up.. |
