07/23/2025 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Passed House fire: Carport completely burned including storage area and exterior wall to kitchen area and living room area damaged by fire. Smoke damage to HVAC system. Electrical, gas plumbing and water plumbing damaged by fire. Window located on the north west corner of house is melted. Cabinetry in kitchen removed off wall as a result of fire. Walls and ceiling have some smoke damage in kitchen, pantry area. Living room has holes in the wall. House shut down and posted. Issued notice to vacate, permits required and indemnification form. Fu in 60 days 7:43 pm received a call from TPD requesting to have property secured. Owner changed their mind about securing property. Contacted Biff Baker to have carport area fenced up..
07/31/2024 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed Permit issued TC-RES-0923-08350 to repair fire damage. Issued 10/23/ck site to remove fence.... (Site is still vacant and still fenced).
