213 PM - Arrived to property and found TPD and TEP on site. Per TEP, power turned off 01/08/2025 for non pay. Both the TEP and solar meter are removed by TEP due to meter tampering. House has no power therefore is uninhabitable. TPD cleared multiple squatters on site. Owner of home was called and responded, served copy of EAOV and NAO, he will secure structure once TPD is finished with their investigation. Front and back of home were posted with red tags. Rear garage was also found w/ squatters and was also posted w/ red tag. -VM |
