Both the TEP and solar meter are removed by TEP due to meter tampering. House has no power therefore is uninhabitable. TPD cleared multiple squatters on site. Owner of home was called and responded, served copy of EAOV and NAO, he will secure structure once TPD is finished with their investigation. Front and back of home were posted with red tags. Roofing, drywall insulation, hvac, gas line has been tampered with and was shut off by SWG before the fire, electrical system underground wiring fused a result of the fire. New underground service wires will be required. Will have the front door screwed shut, back end of property garage boarded. The window and doors at the back end of unit are not safe to board due to the beams holding the back porch roof up are broken in half all the way across the back end of the porch. Back yard completely fenced off. Notice to vacate, permits hand delivered to the owner on site. Repost bldg.
