On site met withe the tenants on both units, fount heater not turned on or serviced for many years, some cracks in the ceiling and walls also crack were the roof meets the exterior walls allowing air to get inside the attic, both units provided with space heaters temporarily, spoke to the property owner advised 48 hours to reservice the heater using a certified contractor and 10 days to repair and caulk the crack. |
