01/23/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation On site met withe the tenants on both units, fount heater not turned on or serviced for many years, some cracks in the ceiling and walls also crack were the roof meets the exterior walls allowing air to get inside the attic, both units provided with space heaters temporarily, spoke to the property owner advised 48 hours to reservice the heater using a certified contractor and 10 days to repair and caulk the crack.
01/26/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed spoke to owner, tenant and maintenance manager, all repairs done and heater fixed, in compliance case closed.
